International Trainee

For the further development as well as the growth within the Würth Group we need employees who are willing to take over management tasks in their countries. Therefore we have developed an international trainee program to make it easier for university graduates to enter the Würth Group. Of course it is important for these colleagues to have a broad basic knowledge and therefore obtain general and sales-oriented training.

Aim

The aim of the program is to give business graduates broad professional training through a combination of various tasks in their home country as well as abroad.

They will get to know all important technical functions since they are to receive general training. With this program you will get optimal preparation for a function in management.

Preconditions

Very good knowledge in German or English, finished studies, high potential, above average commitment and willingness to learn are the preconditions. Suitable prospects are adaptable, flexible and open for new things. In addition they are communicative, sociable and sales oriented.
