Würth (Shanghai) Hardware & Tools Co., Ltd. was officially set up in the Shanghai Free Trade

Zone, in 1997. In these 10 years, all employees of Würth (Shanghai) insist on implementing group’s management policies and “direct selling” model. Our workforce consists of over 160 sales representatives and over 60 internal colleagues.

The company has grown rapidly from a sales office of several employees to a wholly-foreign-owned

trading company, with 3700 square meter warehouse and over 67 million RMB sales (2007).

The main business of Würth (Shanghai) Hardware & Tools Co.,Ltd. is trading of connecting &

assembly parts, manual/electrical tools and automotive accessories as well as chemical products.

Our sales network covers Shanghai, Jiang Su, Zhe Jiang, Fujian, and other areas nearby.

In order to provide best service and products to the right customer, our sales force is organized

in different divisions: Auto, Metal and Maintenance. We are not only providing high quality

products and professional services, but also help customers make practical logistic solution.

While keeping good long-term relationships with regular customers, we are getting more and

more new customers. Compared with 2006, the growth rate of sales is over 30% and the growth

in customers is over 40%.
